1. Account Information
To utilize your CPanel you will need your username and password supplied to you in your welcome email. Please keep that information in a safe place and do not share it with anyone as they will have access to your account.
If you've misplaced this information, please contact our Support Team.
2. DNS Instructions
If you registered your domain name through us, there is nothing else you need to do.
If you registered your domain name through another registrar, you will need to contact them in order to perform the necessary DNS changes. For example, if you registered your domain at XYZcompany.com, you will have to contact them in order to complete this process. Request the DNS nameserver changes for your domain to the following:
ns1.webservers4u.com 
ns2.webservers4u.com 
NOTE: Your domain will resolve to your account 48-72 hours after you have made these changes. If your domain did not resolve to your account 72 hours after these changes have
been made, then please contact our Support Team for further help.
3. CPanel Instructions

4. Email Instructions
Each account comes with a default POP account which uses the same username/password as your CPanel. When setting up additional email POP accounts, your username is your email address for that account and you will be able to choose your password upon adding the new POP email account. Please read the CPanel documentation carefully as this will help you set up your email accounts properly.
5. FTP Instructions
You can upload files to your account either through the CPanel or using a 3rd party FTP client.
IMPORTANT: Please note that all files need to be uploaded to the public_html directory only. All other folders needed can be created within that directory.
6. FrontPage Instructions
FrontPage is a Microsoft website creation application. If you chose to add the FrontPage Extensions to your account, please note that you can only publish your website using your domain name. Therefore, you will only be able to publish your website once your domain name has resolved to your account. More information on how to make sure your domain is resolving to your account is available in the 'DNS Instructions' section above.
