In your cPanel, go to Mail > Account Level Filtering.
Here is where you can set individual filters which will effect all email accounts in your cPanel.
Click on Create A New Filter button and set the Rules and Actions according to your choice.
You can then test the newly created filter by cutting and pasting sections of the spam mail into the Filter Test box and clicking on the Test Filter button.
